Your PC couldn't start properly

After multiple tries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be
repaired.

Error code: 0xc0000001

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or
USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

To troubleshoot this error, you can try the following steps:

  • Use the Windows Recovery Environment: Boot your computer from a Windows installation media or a recovery drive. Then, navigate to the Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt. Once in the Command Prompt, you can use bootrec commands like:

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /rebuildbcd

    to repair the BCD.

  • Perform System Restore: If you have a restore point created before encountering the error, you can try performing a System Restore to revert your system to a previous working state.

  • Check for disk errors: Use the chkdsk command to scan and repair disk errors that may be causing the issue.

  • Rebuild BCD manually: If the automatic repair methods fail, you can try rebuilding the BCD manually using Command Prompt in the Windows Recovery Environment.

If none of these solutions work, it may be necessary to reinstall Windows with a Fastoe Bootable USB drive (Recommend).
