For example, the OOBE contains an Express settings option, and when you select this option, the computer may appear to freeze or hang. When this issue occurs, the OOBE eventually goes to the next page after about 30 minutes, or shortly after you disconnect from the Internet.

To resolve this issue, disconnect from the Internet. After you've completed all the steps in the OOBE, reconnect to the Internet.
